Tinotenda Hove – Prominent opposition activist and staunch Nelson Chamisa supporter, Madzibaba Veshanduko, whose real name is Godfrey Karembera, has been remanded in custody until Thursday, 23 October 2025, when his bail hearing is scheduled for 2:15 PM.

There was a heavy police presence at the court as proceedings took place.

Madzibaba Veshanduko and Kudzai Saruwaka are accused of inciting public violence through the distribution of flyers.

Observers noted that Madzibaba Veshanduko appeared visibly in pain during the court appearance.
