Andile Evans- DUDUZA – A domestic dispute turned deadly in Duduza after a woman allegedly killed her boyfriend, local mechanic Banele Sibiya, in a violent confrontation that has left the community in shock.

Reports indicate that Sibiya returned home with a customer’s vehicle only to find the gate locked. After knocking without receiving a response, he forced his way in.

Once inside, the girlfriend allegedly threw boiling water at him, burning his face and leaving him disoriented. As he struggled to see, she is said to have stabbed him, leading to his death.

In a chilling twist, the suspect later posted on Facebook, claiming she had not intended to kill him.

Police have launched an investigation, while residents described the incident as a heartbreaking example of how domestic disputes can spiral into tragedy.
