Tinotenda Hove- HARARE Regional Magistrate Musaiona Shortgame has granted an application to remove Marry Mubaiwa, the former wife of Vice President Constantino Chiwenga, from further remand in a case linked to an alleged attempt to murder him in 2019.

Mubaiwa had been facing charges over the alleged incident involving Chiwenga.

The ruling means the prosecution will have to proceed by summons if it intends to pursue the case in the future.
