Harare- Prophetic Healing and Deliverance (PHD) Ministries leader Walter Magaya was granted US$3,000 bail by the High Court on Tuesday, following his arrest last week on charges of fraud and rape.
Justice Gibson Mandaza ordered the prominent clergyman to surrender the title deeds to his Mount Pleasant home, surrender his passport, and report to the police twice a week—every Monday and Friday—as conditions of his release.
