Harare– A 23 year old Crowborough man has been arrested for allegedly orchestrating a string of robberies targeting inDrive drivers, police confirmed today.

Tanaka Bright Murasi is in custody, but his three accomplices, identified only as Keda, Slim Giant, and Rasta remain at large.

According to authorities, the syndicate would hire In-Drive vehicles and rob drivers during trips. The exact number of incidents and value of stolen goods are still being assessed.

Police have appealed to the public for information on the fugitives and urged inDrive drivers to remain vigilant, particularly when accepting late-night bookings.

Murasi is expected to appear in court soon facing robbery charges. Investigations are ongoing.
