Tinotenda Hove – Amai Tendai Magaya is leading a prayer session at the PHD Prayer Mountain as preparations intensify for the upcoming Night of Turnaround.

This comes as Prophet Walter Magaya’s bid for immediate release was dismissed by the court. The ruling means he will remain in custody until November 13.

In its judgment, the court ruled that Magaya’s claims of over-detention “have no bearing on their release,” adding that he should “seek recourse as provided by the law.”

Following the ruling, it has emerged that Prophet Magaya is revising his legal approach in the ongoing fraud and rape cases.

His legal team has opted not to file for bail at the Magistrates’ Court but to take the matter directly to the High Court.
