Tinotenda Hove- Citizens leader Advocate Nelson Chamisa on Monday paid tribute to Chimhamha, a popular social media personality who passed away over the weekend.

Initial reports suggest she may have died from suspected food poisoning.

Posting on X, Chamisa wrote:

“SADDENED by the passing of Chimhamha. Though I never met her in person, I followed her work on social media and once had the opportunity to speak with her through our Citizens Engagement program, coordinated by our CITIZENS Desk.

“I always value a respectful and convivial conversation, no matter how differently we may think. I celebrate a diversity of opinions. During that conversation, she shared how her views on the direction of our country had shifted, and I came to respect her disposition and choice as a CITIZEN.

“She reminded us that true transformation does not come from officeholders alone, but from engaged citizens who challenge the status quo and work toward building the much-needed and SOON COMING CITIZEN GOVERNMENT. Zimbabwe shall be a land of freedom and prosperity.

“Rest in Power, Citizen Champion!”
