As an alternative, the construction company recommends considering roof-level electrical tubing where the building design and applicable electrical standards permit such an approach.

“For better accessibility and easier future maintenance, we strongly recommend roof-level electrical tubing rather than electrical conduits embedded within concrete slabs, wherever the building design and applicable electrical standards allow,” the company said.

Barmlo Construction said careful planning of electrical services before and during the early stages of construction can help property owners avoid unnecessary costs and complications later.
