Tinotenda Hove – Masvingo City Mayor Aleck Tabe has paid an emotional tribute to his late father, Alec Macsamuel Tabe, who was laid to rest in Chivi on Tuesday.

In a brief but heartfelt message shared after the burial, Mayor Tabe expressed deep sorrow over the passing of his father while celebrating his life and faith.

“Dad Alec Macsamuel Tabe, you have fought a good fight, you have finished the race, you have kept the faith,” said Tabe.
He also quoted the Bible scripture 2 Timothy 4:7 as he mourned his father’s death.
“Rest in peace Dad, we will miss you so much,” he added.

Mourners gathered in Chivi on Tuesday to bid farewell to the late Alec Macsamuel Tabe.
