Tinotenda Hove – Former Cowdray Park MP Pashor Raphael Sibanda has challenged Zimbabweans to reject the controversial Constitution Amendment Bill No. 3, warning that it is pushing the country closer to authoritarian rule.

In a strong statement on Tuesday, Sibanda said: “Constitutional amendment bill no.3 has pushed Zimbabwe closer to dictatorship. Leaders who were meant to protect the Constitution have chosen to change it for their own power.”

“They are putting themselves above the people and above the country. This is not democracy, it is power grabbing,” he said.

“Very soon, the PEOPLE will have their say and the voice of the people will not be ignored. #NoTo2030,” Sibanda added.
