By A Correspondent- Police in Hwange are investigating a hit and run road traffic accident that occurred on 29/06/26 at around 1930 hours along Kasibo Road near Kasibo Irrigation Scheme.

According to a police statement, “A motorcyclist who was carrying his six-year old daughter as a passenger, was hit by a blue Honda Fit vehicle.”

Police said, “As a result of the impact, both the rider and his daughter fell onto the road and sustained head injuries. The driver of the Honda Fit vehicle did not stop after the accident.”

Authorities are appealing to the public for information. “Anyone with information to report at any nearest Police Station,” police said.
