Fellow Zimbabweans,
The Nkulumane by-election has once again exposed a painful truth we must confront honestly. While ZANU-PF remains a single, well-oiled machinery, the opposition has arrived divided—ten candidates fighting each other instead of confronting the real source of our national suffering.
This is not political diversity; it is political suicide.
Our people are unemployed, hungry, and exhausted. They are not asking for ten opposition logos on the ballot. They are asking for one clear alternative, one united voice, one disciplined front that understands the gravity of the moment.
Let me be clear:
Our enemy as a nation is not fellow opposition members.
The enemy is corruption, misgovernance, state capture, and the deliberate impoverishment of our people.
When opposition parties prioritize egos, positions, and personal ambition over unity, they become accomplices—whether knowingly or not—in the continued suffering of Zimbabweans. Division only strengthens ZANU-PF. It weakens the people.
At ADM, we believe that leadership is not about who gets the ticket, but about who carries the burden of the people. True leaders know when to step aside, when to cooperate, and when to sacrifice personal ambition for national salvation.
Zimbabwe does not lack opposition parties.
Zimbabwe lacks opposition maturity, discipline, and unity of purpose.
I therefore call upon all progressive forces:
Put Zimbabwe first.
Put the people first.
Put unity before ambition.
History will not forgive those who chose to divide the people when unity was demanded.
Zimbabwe will rise—but only when we learn that one common enemy requires a united national response.
I thank you.
