Tinotenda Hove- President Emmerson Mnangagwa on Saturday morning visited the Guvamatanga family residence in Kambuzuma, Harare, to express his condolences following the death of Sekuru Thomas Guvamatanga.

Sekuru Guvamatanga died earlier this week at the age of 91. He was the father of Dr George Guvamatanga, the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Finance.

The President paid his respects to the bereaved family during the visit, accompanied by senior government officials.
The visit followed the death of the elderly Guvamatanga, whose passing has brought a period of mourning to his family and relatives.

Mnangagwa’s visit to the Kambuzuma home was an expression of condolence and solidarity with the family as they come to terms with their loss.
