Tinotenda Hove – Freedom Fighters for Change (FFC) has called on citizens to recognize the strong connection between social justice and environmental sustainability, urging collective action to protect both people and the planet.

In a statement issued on Saturday, the movement stressed the need to integrate human rights with environmental responsibility. “Double Impact Alert! Did you know that social justice and environmental sustainability are interconnected? By promoting equality and human rights, we can also protect the planet!” the group said.

FFC highlighted three critical areas of concern: equal access to clean water and sanitation, sustainable livelihoods for marginalized communities, and climate justice for vulnerable populations. “Let’s raise awareness about the importance of equal access to clean water and sanitation, sustainable livelihoods for marginalized communities, and climate justice for vulnerable populations,” the statement read.

The organization further encouraged citizens to participate in building solutions. “Join the movement! Let’s work together to create a more just and sustainable world. Share your thoughts and ideas in the comments below!”

FFC has consistently positioned itself as a voice for justice, equality, and sustainable development, arguing that Zimbabwe’s progress must be rooted in both social and environmental well-being.
