Tinotenda Hove – Freedom Fighters for Change leader Michael Makaza on Wednesday called on party members to actively recruit new supporters as part of a nationwide effort to strengthen the movement.

Speaking under the theme “Accelerating Change: A Call to Action”, Makaza addressed his followers directly:

“My fellow Freedom Fighters, I know we’ve been working tirelessly, but some of you might be wondering, ‘Why isn’t our group growing faster?’ Let me tell you, my friends, growth takes time, dedication, and perseverance. We are not just building a movement; we’re building a nation. And nations are built on the foundation of collective effort and sacrifice.”

Makaza urged members to take personal responsibility in growing the party.

“Here’s the thing: each one of us has the power to make a difference. I challenge you: bring 3 new members to our cause every day. Imagine if each of these 3 brings 3 more. Our growth will be exponential!”

Explaining the reasoning behind the number, Makaza said:

“Why 3? Because 1 is a start, 2 is a movement, but 3 is a revolution. Let’s create a ripple effect that will shake the foundations of the status quo.”

He concluded with a motivational call to action, emphasizing the party’s mission:

“WeMove because we believe in a better future for our country. Let’s work together to make it happen. Let’s grow this movement, let’s grow the change!”
