Zimbabwe Must Be Delivered from Corrupt Individuals— Makaza Calls For Unity

Tinotenda Hove – Freedom Fighters for Change (FFC) leader Michael Makaza has urged Zimbabweans across the political divide to put aside differences and unite in the fight against corruption and injustice as the party prepares for its official launch next month.

In a statement released on Friday, Makaza said the country needed a collective effort to “deliver Zimbabwe from criminals” and secure a better future for generations to come.

“We are inviting every political leader, every citizen who dreams of a just and prosperous Zimbabwe, to join us,” Makaza declared. “This is not just a political launch; it is the birth of a movement committed to freedom, justice, and equality.”

The FFC will officially launch in Harare on September 13, 2025, with the venue still to be announced. Invitations have been sent to all major political parties, civic organisations, and community leaders.

“This momentous occasion marks a new chapter in Zimbabwe’s history,” Makaza said. “Let’s work together towards a brighter future for our nation. Unity is our greatest weapon against the challenges we face.”

The party has requested that those planning to attend confirm by September 7, 2025, to allow for special arrangements, including labelled seating for invited party representatives.
