Tinotenda Hove – The Freedom Fighters for Change (FFC) party has raised alarm over the rising levels of unemployment in Zimbabwe, saying the crisis is robbing the nation’s youth of their future.

In a statement issued on Saturday, the opposition movement called for urgent action, warning that the current situation is unsustainable.

“Enough is enough! Unemployment is stealing our future. Join the movement, join the fight. Freedom Fighters for Change party launch – let’s create jobs, let’s create change! #WeMove #JobsJustice #FFC,” the party said.

The statement went on to describe joblessness as one of the biggest national crises.

“Unemployment is a crisis, not a choice. Let’s rise up and demand change! Join the Freedom Fighters for Change party launch and let’s fight for job justice together! #WeMove #JobsJustice #FFC,” FFC added.

The party urged citizens to rally behind its agenda, promising that employment creation would be placed at the centre of its political programme.
