Jones Musara, the leader of the Zanu PF Cyberspace Team (commonly known as Varakashi), has made a return to his position following intervention from President Emmerson Mnangagwa, it has been revealed.
In a statement released on Monday, Musara expressed his gratitude for the President’s decision, saying:
“Back to work and to my position, thanks to His Excellency, President ED Mnangagwa’s wise intervention. I am excited to begin this new chapter in chairing and leading Varakashi4ED in a more enlightened manner as we continue to leverage social media in support of President ED Mnangagwa, ZANU PF, and Zimbabwe.”
He also extended his thanks to his comrades and supporters, stating: “Thank you, comrades and friends, for your solidarity before, during, and after this time. Not forgetting the Most High. 🙏”
Musara ended his statement with the phrase, “Aluta Continua! ✊️✊️✊️,” reinforcing his commitment to the cause.
Jones Musara is now the National Chairman of VARAKASHI4ED.
It was previously announced by Zanu PF Legal Affairs Secretary Patrick Chinamasa that Musara had been dismissed from his position, but he has now been reinstated.
