Tinotenda Hove – The Mayor of Masvingo City, Cllr Aleck Tabe, recently welcomed a high-level delegation from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), led by Zimbabwe Country Manager, Romana Tedeschi. The courtesy visit marked an important step in strengthening the partnership between the City of Masvingo and the SDC, with a focus on promoting good governance in local authorities.
