Tinotenda Hove – Zimbabwean international Tinotenda Kadewere has completed a move to Aris Thessaloniki in the Greek Super League, marking a new chapter in his football career after leaving French Ligue 1 outfit FC Nantes.
Kadewere, 29, joins the Greek side on a free transfer and has signed a two-year contract, the club confirmed this week.
The Warriors striker, who previously had spells at Nantes and Lyon in France, is expected to add firepower and experience to the Aris attack as they prepare for the upcoming season.
While his time in France had ups and downs due to injuries and limited game time, Kadewere now looks set to revive his form in Greece and contribute significantly to his new club’s ambitions.
Aris Thessaloniki, who finished in the upper half of the Greek Super League last season, are banking on Kadewere’s international experience and versatility to strengthen their forward line.
The move is seen as a positive step for the Zimbabwean star, who remains a key figure for the national team and continues to represent Zimbabwean talent on the European stage.
